Standing order customers are allocated production space first. Once those orders are scheduled, we release our remaining production capacity for website orders.

Standing order changes Reductions, pauses or cancellations require at least 5 days’ notice because payment is collected by Direct Debit. If you want to add to an upcoming order, email us before 3pm on the day before production and, subject to capacity, we’ll add it for you.
